HP Proliant ML10Gen9 freeze problem
Good morning,
I have a problem with an ML10Gen9 server. Suddenly during use the server freezes, screen with no signal and the server is no longer reachable on the network. to restore its operation I have to turn it off by holding down the power button and then turn it back on. There is no error in the Windows event log, only a critical "incorrect shutdown" event. Having no ILO interface, is there a way to check the logs and find out the problem? how can i enable Intel AMT it helps me to the problem?

Buongiorno,
Ho un problema con un server ML10Gen9. Improvvisamnete durante l'utilizzo il server si blocca lo schermo non da nessun segnale e il server non è più raggiungibile sulla rete. per ripristinarne il funzionamneto lo devo spegnere tenedo premuto il pulsante di accensione e poi riaccenderlo. Nel registro eventi di Windows non risulta nessun errore ma solo evento critico " arresto non corretto". Non avendo interfaccia ILO esiste un sistema per verificare i log e scoprire il problema? come posso abilitare Intel AMT mi è utile al problema?
