HP Proliant ML350 Gen 8 / Bluescreen / while copy files to usb drive

Hello,

my Proliant Server (Windows 2016) reboots becaue a BSOD, when I copy big sized files to usb hard disk. has anybody the same issue? problem starts before 2 months. This error comes everytime when I copy. (also using different usb drives)

Do following steps.

1. Update your windows to latest drivers.

2. After update check in device manager (look for the USB devices) any drivers missing or outdated or not, if outdated try to update manually or automatically.

3. Go to event manager and check the logs its in error or critical, server stuck means you dont have proper usb hard disk driver.

4. Try with different ports issue same or not.

5. The USB hdd you are using is it usb 2.0 or 3.0 ?
