Please can someone advise if it is possible to install a DL380 server into a Dell rack.
The rack is a Dell 4210 rack with a 1000mm depth. Will the DL380 require a rail kit, if so what type?

Re: HP proliant servers in Dell racks
Included rail kit should do the job:
"The HP ProLiant DL380 quick deploy rail system provides tool-free support for racks with square or round mounting holes with an adjustment range of 24" - 36""

Solution
Hi
I took a risk and purchased Dell rack with their warranty that it will take all servers - it is standardized - I put there DL360,DL380, ML370 also.
By the way - rack is beautifull and for the price comparing to HP rack I received much more acessories. Go ahead :-)

I admire your fashionable running shoes!
