HP Server g5 windows server 2003 LSI logic Raid 1 rebuild

I am running a HP Server G5 with windows server 2003 we HAD 2 160GB hdd setup with RAID 1... one hard drive died, we replaced the hard drive with another 160GB HDD but cannot figure out how to merge the old data with the new hard drive and create a new RAID 1 setup. We are working with LSI Logic utility that we access during boot. Please Help thanks!
