HP SupportPaq 7.3 - NICs disabled?

After installation of HP SupportPaq 7.2 on a DL320, NICs have been disabled. Why what? It wasn't possible to enable them, we had to remove both NICs from device manager and let Windows detect them on a restart.

Any solutions to this (hopefully known) issue?

Did you install the Support Paq via Terminal Services? This seems to be a problem with the new version. Installing directly via RIB/ILO or from the console will work correctly.
