HP system managment Homepage

Hi,
I have a problem with a few servers proliant.
When I click icon in the desktop HP system managment Homepage, I insert user and password and then system managment does not find the information for the server. So the system model is "unknown" as "system status summary" etc.
What Can I make for resolve this problem?

Hi,

you haven't installed/configured SNMP.

Install it , from SNMP service properties under Traps add 2 communities - Private READ/CREATE and public community READ/WRITE.
Then restart the Insight agents service and re-open SMH.
