HP Zbook Studio G3 battery not charging

Hi

my laptop (HP Zbook Studio G3) battery not charging. the displaied battry charge is 0% and never keep charge so when turned off and power off second time powered on date and time not keeped and an allarm shown in startup.

battery test result is as this:
