HPE DL 380 Server rebuild issue
I have a Dell 380 server. This server fails 2 disks after we are replaced, but until 96 hours, the server raid does not rebuild. All exsi files are slow. what i have to do ?

Looks like you are talking about HPE DL380 server and not Dell 380 :P.
If the rebuilding is not completing , you need to check if there are any issues with the disks. Check for read/write or recoverable/unrecoverable media errors on the disks..
Check for the firmware of the controller and the drives. Should be at the latest versions.
You can also take a backup and then delete and recreate the RAID to check if it helps. Otherwise,you will have get the faulty disks replaced.
