HPE DL360 GEN10 unable to boot

Hello,

 

I have a dl360 gen10. after ILO reset. I can now only access f9 which is the system utilities. when i press f10, f11, or f12, it hangs and is unable to boot into those specific utilities. Also, when I set the boot order, I notice uefi boot settings and legacy bios boot order are both greyed out.  Any help is apprecited.

Hi @jsel ,

You may try the following options:

  1. If there are any 3rd party components, please remove them
  2. . Check the IML logs from iLO home page
  3. Reduce the system to the minimum configuration
  4.  Clear NVRAM
  5.  Try upgrading the firmware to the latest version
