HPE DL365 Gen10 Plus, System board Extensive test failing

Hi,

I have an HPE DL365 Gen10 Plus server. For the past few days, I have been facing issues with the server. The system board test is failing with the error shown below. Please advise. Server SPP installed is 11/22.

Processor Check: PASSED
System Board Check: FAILED
FAILURE ID: 909U31-000CN3-WPW701-04FL03
PRODUCT ID: P38578-821
Diagnostic Protocol Failure
Failed Driver: Intel(R) PRO/1000 9.4.06 PCI-E
Failed Controller: Unknown Controller (Unknown Device Path)

Remove the Network Card and try again.
