I have the same issue today. All the power button, LID blinks together. The server is not starting. When I press the UID I see a message saying CLOCK IS NOT SET. CRITICAL SERVER FAILURE.

Please refer to section "Front panel LEDs and buttons" of the HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Server User Guide for information about the front panel indicators and see if it helps to isolate the issue.
