I assume, you are asking whether Virtualization is enabled?

I have enabled VT in Bios but it does not show when I run powershell systeminfo as shown in the picture in the link.

Hello,
From the images we can see that all hardware virtualization for an Intel based system have been enabled in BIOS.
If there is a similar system that has the output as enabled in powershell, then check its BIOS settings for any possible misses.
If not, then check if any further settings need to be performed in the operating system to enable it.
Also, use the intended application that takes advantage of these settings and see if the hardware meets its requirements.
