HPE DL380Gen10 - RAID1 - install Win SRV 2019 failed

Hello,

I am trying to install Windows Server 2019 on a DL380.
I have configured a RAID1 logical drive.  The RAID controller is a P816i-a SR Gen 10.
I tried with Rapid Setup and Intelligent Provisioning but it shows this error: "Windows cannot find the Microsoft License Terms".

I checked my iso and usb key. I read that is about RAID controller driver. If I well understood, Provisioning copy iso and embeds drivers needed.

Now, I am stuck. It would be nice if you have tips / solutions.

Hello,

Please follow the below steps.

1. Reset BIOS to factory default
2. Update server BIOS and firmware with the latest SPP 2020.09.0 from the below link.

Gen10 Service Pack for ProLiant

After that try to update with the latest Intelligent Provisioning with known good ISO or download it again to rule out issues due to corrupt ISO image.
