HPE Dual 8GB MicroSD Enterprise Midline USB install

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone has tried migrating the 8GB card from the internal SD slot on a Gen 9 server to the HPE Dual 8GB MicroSD Enterprise Midline USB?

I'm trying to figure out if it's necessary to do a fresh install to the dual SD USB adapter or just replace one of the cards with the current VMWare install on another HP 8GB card.

I have not tried /tested it but i feel its not necessary to reinstall the operating system.
