HPe Ethernet 10Gb 2 port 530sfp + installation issues

Looking for some help and advice as i am having strange problems trying to Install 10Gb ethernet 530 SFP+ Cards in proliant ML350P Gen8, Win server 2008R2.......If i go into device manager and select "network adapter" the card is not there , although it shows in system devices with yellow exclamation, if i select show hidden devices it appears but says it is not connected.......(please see attached images) am i missing something ????

Any help/advice will be appreciated folks...........

Select your OS and download the driver.

Hi there,

Thanks for the reply, i have all the latest drivers downloaded and installed but for some reason the cards are not happy with them, i have even tried uninstalling them and then scanning for new hardware to pont them to the drivers (evbda.sys, bxnd.sys) I am assumng thats what has been seen in the device manager . hidden devices are previus instances of what was installed and not what is or needs activated somehow? (see attached images)
