Query: HPE Ethernet 10Gb 2-port 560SFP+ Adapter

I have a HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8 server installed the card and ilo says unknown card ? I have the installed the card on a old windows 10 machine installed the drivers and works fine .I am new to installing hardware in servers is there something i am missing ? with the install of the card in the server

Hi @cdx304 ,

1) Here, this document shows only Gen9 servers as Supported servers, but your system is Gen8 Server. It may be the issue.  Still you can try this-

2) Update the driver and firmware of the adapter.
3)  Update complete firmware of system and its compoenents using latest SPP.
4) Refer this document for OS compatibility.
