HPE ML110 GEN11 fan noise
So I have the problem with HPE ML110 Gen11, when I turn on the server the fans are running quietly, after booting up to bios fans start being noisy, cant even hear myself talking (video below). I dont use ILO. Server doesnt have OS installed yet.

ML110 Gen11 8Core/64GB/NS204(2x480GB SSD)/MR208 HW RAID/2x8TB SATA/3y NBD
HPE ProLiant ML110 Gen11 Intel Xeon-B 3408U 8-Core (1.80GHz 22.50MB) 16GB (1 x 16GB) PC5-4800B RDIMM 4 x Hot Plug 3.5in Large Form Factor Low Profile SATA No Optical 1000W, HPE MR216i-o Gen11 12G Tri-mode controller.

This is very sad to know about your new server issue. not to warry we are here to help you.
Please perform below activities.
1. power on the server => System Utilities => System Configuration=>BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU)=> Advance Options=>Fan and Thermal Options => Thermal Configuration =>changed to max cooling and reboot, then changed it back to " optimal cooling".
2. Install Agentless Management Service - https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/softwaredetails?collectionId=MTX-ada99fb833d94a8b&tab=Installation+Instructions.

Thank you for your advice, it did not help. server is still loud, I will try to install it then software control it.

Please try with newly launched firmware for the iLO 5 Management Processor 3.7.
Hope it will resolved the issue.
