Hello World,
I am experiencing an issue with my server where the Intelligent Provisioning does not load after pressing the F10 button. I attempted to reinstall Intelligent Provisioning, but the installation failed. Additionally, I performed a factory reset, but the problem persists.
Could anyone guide me in resolving this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your support.

SolutionDear Zack79
At first please download latest intelligent Provisioning Recovery Media and HPE USB key Utility for creating USB bootable media from HPE site. then prepaire one USB media for intelligent provisioning by uSB key utility. Next Reboot the server => When prompted, press F9 to access the UEFI System Utilities => Select System Configuration => Select BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) => Select Server Security => Select Intelligent Provisioning (F10 Prompt) and press Enter => Select Enabled. Next Please shut down your server => remove upper cover => remove RAID controller card from PCI slot or remove SAS cable from onboard SAS port for onboard controller(for protection your RAID configuration and DATA) => toggle to set on possition of No6 switch of maintanance switch on system board (Position of maintanance switch described on upper cover as X ) => Power on server for couple of munites till there is a massage appear on screen as Maintanance switch on => power of remove power => again toggle maintanace switch 6 as normal position => power on the server to initialize system hardware => again power off the server and remove all cables=> re-install RAID controller card or onboard SAS cable => Power on server and boot by USB media => will take couple of munites to flash the image file. after that reboot the server Now you can able to go in intelligent provisioning by pressing F10 during POST screen. If not it might be need to replace system board.
Hope, I could provide you with clear and helpful instructions. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to help! Have a great day!
Thanks & Regards...
