HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 Server CHANGE DISKS IN RAD 1 WHITH BIGGER ONES

Hi all, I just want to change the two 480GB disks configured as RAID1 on my HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 Server, on which is installed Hyper-V 2019 Operating System, with two new 980GB disk adn use the full space of the latter.

Which is the correct procedure to follow?

Thanks

Backup data, Delete the array and create new Raid 1 with the two new drives. Since the initial Raid 1 which was created with 480GB drive which means Raid was set to 480GB size limit so even if you swap one drive with the 980gb it will still consume only 480gb space from the 980. Hope this answers your query.
