HPE Proliant DL380 G6 CPU Tuning in Bios?

Hello.

I have acquired an HP Proliant DL380 G6 server recently with dual Xeons E5540, which are said to be overclockable on the official Intel website, but I have not seemed to find any options in the Bios to tune my CPU's performance while I can see that I can enable/disable Intel Boost Clock Technology but not manually change the clock speeds in this bios, and I do not wish to software overclock my server... Is there any specific commands or controls that I would need to do to be able to modify these settings around the Bios?
