I have Cisco VIC 1387 Dual Port 40Gb and HP dl380 gen 10 server . 

Can i use Cisco VIC 1387 with HP DL 380 server ? 

Is there any possibility and how can we handle the situation?

Can you please share with me your recommendation to work this couple?
