Hello,
I bought a Proliant microserver gen10 v2 and I have trouble finding 2 drivers. I installed windows server 2025 standard but there are 2 drivers that I can't find anywhere. I have already tried to install the spp gen10 and spp gen12 but without result. windows update also without result. The drivers I am looking for are PCI device and SIM Bus controller. Please help. Re: hpe proliant microserver gen10 plus v2 drivers
Hi,
The PCI Device and SIM Bus Controller entries usually mean Windows doesn't recognize those devices or their drivers are missing.
Usually, these are related to chipset, management engine, or embedded controller drivers.
Most common missing drivers for ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 v2:
Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) — often associated with SIM Bus Controller.
Chipset drivers — may include PCI bridge or controller drivers.
Embedded SATA Controller or RAID Controller drivers sometimes also show up as PCI devices.
Download the drivers from HPE support site
