Hyper-V on a Proliant DL380p Gen8 Running Windows 2008 R2 Standard
I'm trying to install Microsoft Hyper-V on Proliant DL380p Gen 8 running Windows 2008 R2 Standard and I'm getting the following error:
Hyper-V cannot be installed
The processor on this computer is not compatible with Hyper-V. To install this role, the processor must have a supported version of hardware-assisted virtualization, and that feature must be turned on in the BIOS.
Intel-VT is enabled in the BIOS and I have an identical server configured an working with Hyper-V. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Hello,
Do you enabled the "No-Execute Memory Protection" in bios ?
Look this guide... (Bios settings in pages 18-20)
