I got a problem in booting IDE drive on ML330 Server

I have a problem in booting IDE Drive on ML330
Server. i am loading Linux 7.0 on the Server. the IDE detects successfully and also loaded the OS but does not boots from same IDE HDDs. Please tell me is there any Jumper Settings or boot settings required to do so thanks.
