I have been loss my Contracts and Warranties Number, How can i download BIOS ROM.

I have been loss my Contracts and Warranties Number, How can i download BIOS ROM.

I have a HPE ProLiant DL360 GEN9 Server With a very old BIOS version(P89 v2.22) I want to update my BIOS version to the lastest.But i see that if i want to donwload BIOS Flash Tool, I need Contracts and Warranties Number, But i have been lost these information. How can i update my BIOS ROM

Hi,

first, you can check if your Server has a Warranty or Support here: https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/?card=wc

You can find the Serial and Product Number on the Sticker on the Top of the Server, on the Pull Tab, or iLO.
