I need help- sfp network card in dl360p g8 not working

HI

I started my career as a network specialist 

Now I'm having a problem

I have a hp server DL360P WIth sfp  network card  I want to connect it with CISCO GLC-T SFP TO RJ45 module to an old switch with Mark zmc 10/100

When I connect cable directly to my laptop, everything works

But when I CONNECT the cable from the Cisco module TO switch or the  mikrotik or anything else it does not work and led network card  not turn it.

What should i do؟

I'm using the converter sfp to rj45 module type cisco GLC-T  I used under the image:

First here the quickscpec of the HPE Ethernet 10Gb 2-port 530FLR-SFP+ Adapter

Two two SFP+ port work at 10Gb only that's why you sfp adpator to RJ45 did not work.

So you can only connect this card to a 10GB Switch with SFP+ port

You can use Direct Copper Attach cable or Transcevier with fiber optic cable, reference and modele are in the quickspec.
