I need to install SCO 5.0.7 on ML370 G4 server

I cannot install SCO v5.0.7 openserver
on my ML370 G4 server please help.
I need installation Procedure
i need a boot string to enable key.
i have HP smart array 641 controller on the
server with 4 hard disk

Boot string will be

defbootstr link="ciss" hd=Sdsk Srom=wd(0,0,0)

Create the EFS
At the boot prompt enter the string and should work.
