Getting these errors when trying to flash the firmware upgrade for the HPE SN1100q 16gb 2 port Fiber HBA I have tried 2 different versions and both giving the same errors. What am I doing wrong?

I found a similar error for other adapters.
Have you tried updating firmware via operating system?

It is possible that firmware update from a low version to a newer one may encounter these issues. Try performing an incremental update and also make sure that ILO is updated to the latest. Post this try incremental update and check. If does not work then try with a custom SPP and try to force update this offline.

SolutionI did end up having to update the system ROM firmware to the latest version on these servers.
