IE and NT 4 terminal server

When trying to install IE 4, after reboot, IE will crash. Whats the solution

Note: Do not install Internet Exployer until Terminal Server 4.0 is completely installed and configured. Also, be sure to install service pack 4 or higher before attempting to install IE 4.
