Confirm both: (1) desired SMTP server supports STARTTLS command feature (SSL/TLS) (2) desired SMTP server is not using a deprecated (SSL/TLS) protocol

I have upgraded the firmware to the latest. It's working with Google Workspace but not with Zoho Email.

Hello,

As you have a working setup, could you compare between them and check what is the difference, perhaps it might help. Not that this thought would not have already been implemented. Merely suggesting!!

The only changes I am making is to the servername:
smtp.gmail.com to smtp.zoho.com (also tried smtppro.zoho.com

Ports 587 for both.

Changing the password to the correct password. Zoho even remoted into my computer to verify the setup.

Is there a way to get more detailed (Verbose) logging?

Since many things are verified. Check once again the Alert mail settings in the ILO.
