Hello everyone,
I ran across an Error, which i haven't been able to fix up to now.
We have 2 HPE DL360 Gen10 Servers which are working fine. The iLO of the ESXi01 is also working fine.
The Problem is the iLO02 of the ESXi02.
The Error we are getting is as follows:
iLO Self-Test reports a problem with: Embedded Flash/SD-Card. View details on Diagnostics page. AND:
Connection with iLO cannot be established. If you recently made changes to the netweork configurations, you may need to refresh this page to re-negotiate an SSL connetion.
We did not change anything, no IP-Changes whatsoever, both Servers are an exact copy of each other (Hardware etc.).
iLO Version is iLO 5 2.72 on both. The thing is i can't access the Web-GUI of iLO02, because after the Login it won't load anything, then after like 2-5 Minutes, the Website is not reachable anymore. Once I reset the iLO via SSH the same Problem occurs, after everything is up, the connection can be established, but after Login nothing shows and so on.
I also already did a NAND Format just in case.
Is the last possible variable the Hardware or could still be something else be the Problem?
Thanks in Advance!

Re: iLO 5 Problems with Connectivity/Embedded Flash
Hi,
Looks like you have done most of the troubleshooting to get this working, here are some more.

iLO reboot (reset) methods
If possible, try to update the iLO5 FW version to the latest.
Thank You!

SolutionHello,
Thanks for your Reply. After upgrading the iLO Firmware to its newest Release, the error still persists.
I have opened a HPE Case regarding this and it seems to actually be the System Board, which seems to be the culprit.
So it is being changed the next few days.
