ilo 5 remote console slowness

Hi everyone, 

We are experiencing freezing issues with ILO Consoles on ProLiant DL385 Gen10 Plus v2 servers with AMD EPYC 7513 32 Core Processors. It doesn't resolve until the server is restarted. Has anyone encountered the problem?

I could only think of updating iLO Firmware, if the problem is only with iLO.

Hello, Is there an error in this? There must be a reason to update the firmware.

Alternatively you may log a case with HPE Support by collecting these logs.  Refer to page# 147 onwards.
