iLO Amplifier Pack 2.20 Import Baseline fails

Opening a new case for this issue since the issue was not corrected with the 2.16 SSP.  As stated in the other discussion, importing an SSP (P62619_001_gen10spp-2023.03.00.00-SPP2023030000.2023_0323.27.iso) fails at 90%.  Experienced the same issue trying to import the SSP for ProLiant Gen 9 servers (P52574_001_spp-Gen9.1-Gen9SPPGen91.2022_0822.4.iso)

Receive the following error:
NameStatusMessageP52574_001_spp-Gen9.1-Gen9SPPGen91.2022_0822.4.isoExceptionImport Firmware Baseline job failed because iLO Amplifier failed to upload ISO. Contact HPE support. Details for support: Unable to find the error description in catalog file..
