Ilo Amplifier pack don't want to import my SPP !

Hi,

I'm using Ilo Amplifier pack (updated to v2.22 from v2.20), and I'd like to import the last available SPP for gen10 : P64606_001_gen10spp-2023.09.00.00-SPP2023090000.2023_0902.19.iso

And it's not possible. Each time, the upload failed.

Name : Import Firmware Baseline Job
ID : 10000
Status : Exception
Message : Import Firmware Baseline job failed because iLO Amplifier failed to upload ISO. Contact HPE support. Details for support: Unable to find the error description in catalog file..

I tried to suppress the old SPP, I rebooted the Ilo amplifier pack VM, but it's not OK.

What can I do to import this SPP, please ?

Hello,

 

Please check if the SPP is a bootable ISO. If it is bootable, Try clearing the repository and ensure the older version of the SPP in not available.

I can confirm the SPP is bootable (and I checked the hash). And I already cleared the repository.

I tried to import one older SPP (P62619_001_gen10spp-2023.03.00.00-SPP2023030000.2023_0323.27.iso) and it was OK.

Why this new SPP cannot be integrated ?

Please raise a support case with HPE. May be replication of this issue is needed.
