iLO CLI oemhp_rc_aquire property
Hi all,
I am trying to configure the Remote Console Acquire setting for a BL480c blade server in a c7000 enclosure. The iLO firmware is at 1.50. From the "HP Integrated Lights-Out Management Processor Scripting and Command Line Resource Guide" found here
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00294268/c00294268.pdf?jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN
it appears I should be able to use the "oemhp_rc_aquire" property to modify the setting.
Here are the specific steps I take:
>Telnet to the OA (firmware level 2.20)
>CONNECT SERVER 2
>cd map1
>cd config1
>>>set oemhp_rc_aquire = enabled
I get back only:
status=2
status_tag=COMMAND PROCESSING FAILED
error_tag=COMMAND ERROR-UNSPECIFIED
Invalid target.
I've tried powering the server off before config and rebooting iLO proc before beginning config. I can modify the setting through the GUI and by using the HPONCFG utility without issue. My desire however is to script a blanket change to this setting through the iLO CLI.
Am I doing something wrong here?

Re: iLO CLI oemhp_rc_aquire property
Thanks for taking a look at it. I see now that the "iLO scripting guide" I was reviewing is for versions of iLO 2 up to 1.30. It doesn't appear that there is a more recent version of this document.
