ILO HP Dl380p gen8 screen is blanc after logging in remotely as shown in the photo

I receive the below page after loging in to the iLO of HP DL380p G8 server. please help

I think the issue is with the firmware on this device. how do i upload firmware since, i do not have any option to uploas a file

You can Download iLO Firmware for the OS you have and Update it without using the iLO GUI.

Here is for Windows as example:

I had somethign similar recently and I ended up going into Diagnostics and Reseting the iLO, updating the iLO drivers and firmware through windows and that fixed my issue. Now I can access the iLO without any issues and a lot faster
