iLO self-test error on DL585

We got following error alert from SIM on the iLO for DL585 G1, ESX4.0 is running on it:

What could be the problem and how to fix it?

hello, quite old server for ESX4.0. I am afraid it is unsupported... http://h71028.www7.hp.com/enterprise/us/en/servers/4x-servers.html .
but anyway - all latest firmwares onboard? (bios, ilo1?)
