Press F8 during boot, it will enter to ilo menu, set up ip address ( or choose DHCP for addresses ) set up username/password
Very likely DHCP is already set up by default,
username is :Administrator
password is ....on sticker/ or attached to server.
After you set up username / ip address/ passwrod point your browser to ip_address you assingned and log in.

When I say DHCP, you have to have dhcp server in your net to provide ip address for ilo.
