ilo2 "power off/on" not working
I have dl360 G5's with ilo2 and I can't get power on/off to work. Only power reset works.
Somebody said there was another command you can send to power on and off using ilo2.
Can anybody help?

Re: ilo2 "power off/on" not working
I've never seen an issue where iLO couln't power a system on, but I have seen where when using the CLI it won't turn off
The problem is usally related to the way the host OS deals with ACPI.
A few workarounds for the off issue
send a power warm, then a power off
or use the following XML
