iLo4 Directory group test error

Hi , good day

I try to add Directory group in ilo4 and firstly I added directory group in [User Administration], then Security>Directoy, select [Use Directory Default Schema],check on [Local User Accounts], check on[Generic LDAP],  put in [Directory Server Address][Directory Server LDAP Port-636] and [Directory User Context 1].

But when I test, I got below error.

The Directory Server Address is no problem in iLo5.

Thank you so much ManBha!

But in another ilo5, the same directory server is no any issue, so maybe not directory server' s problem.

And I have updated the fireware version of iLo4 but no use.

If you have followed the settings properly and the firmware is up to date, I recommend you to log a support case with HPE for further troubleshooting
