IML Log is empty

Hi guys

We're having the following problem with a ProLiant DL360 G5:

Hardware events are not being logged in neither the IML Log nor are they visible in the System Health Status.

Is this a known problem?

Hi, you havent reset the NVRAM via switch 6 on the System Maintenance switch on the system board recently have you?
Or has it been left switched to ON.

Take a look at the inside of the top cover to find it...

IML information is stored in NVRAM.
