A blue screen with the Inaccesible_boot_device message appear when I start Win2000 for the first time (at the end of the instalation process).
I have already update the Bios Controller and I updated the SCSI Controller in the Instalation Process (pressing F6 and Updating de controler)

Hi,
Are you refering to base model of ML370
So in this case we have two option which one we are using
Storage Controller :
Integrated Dual Channel Wide Ultra2 SCSI Adapter (upgradeable with optional integrated Smart Array Controller)
What is the Bugcheck you are getting DUMP CODE
