Insight Agents & Software Manager

Benn having an ASR problem. My Insight Agents were old so I updated them in maintance mode. After a multi-user reboot, I could not access Software Manager and received the error "Error reading Component Contents Database......Syntax error in stanza file line 13". Can anyone give me an idea where to start?
