insight manager

We have a ProLiant 800 server running netware 5.1 SBS.
We have a compaq UPS Model t1000.
I am trying to use Insight manager to administer the UPS.
I installed insigh manager 5.3 and updated the power management NLMs with sp21836.
When I run cpmsetup it says it installs correcly but I still cant manage it from Insight manager. Also the server goes into shutdown mode. A message shows up on the server console saying server will shut down in 5 min. I have to unload upsbase.nlm to stop it from shutting down.
What I amn looking for is something similar to powerchute.
Is this possible?
Is there a doc out there that tells you how to set this all up?
