Instaling Windows Server 2012 R2 on DL360e Gen8. Cannot Load Drivers

I am having issues trying to install server 2012 r2 on an old dl360e gen8 server. I have my installation on a usb stick and it boots to it. When trying to install it, I dont see any drives. I thought maybe I need to load the drivers so I went to the HP site and downloaded the drivers and tried loading them but it still didnt work. 

I couldn't manage to install it via Intelligent Provisioning even when I had the iso on a USB stick.

Any help will be appreciated.

Whci controller are you working with? 

HP Dynamic Smart Array B120i Controller
HP Dynamic Smart Array B320i/512MB FBWC Controller
HP Smart Array P420/1GB FBWC Controller

The B120i only supports SATA, The P420 must have an array created before the OS will see any disks. The B series controllers also need an array, but the RAID function is controlled by a driver so the OS will generally see the drives with or without an array

To install WS 2012  in this equipment prefering you need to use the intelligent provisioning.

Becuse you need to create a raid and this software have all driver that you need to install.

Please check if version of I.P. is the last 1.70,  if not, you need to actualize

Can you install WS and Actualize I.P By ILO 4, if you configure the the ILO, could use the Remote Desktop and emule the ISO by ILO in Virtual Media.
