Install windows 2000

I have installed a new Adaptec 3200s raid controller, and trying to install a clean win 2000.
My Compaq BIOS is P14 02181999 and my Adaptec I2O is BIOS v. 1.35.
After start up with the CDROM and installed the Adapted driver, I get
"STOP page fault in nonpaged aria", faloved by "Datestamp 39C65707 - dpti2o.sys"
I hope someone have an answer to this fault.

is this a compaq 3200 smart array controller made by adaptec( they do make them for us) or a straight adaptec 3200? if its a compaq one then you are using the wrong driver..you need to use sp14437.exe and create the disks with that .you need disk 2...if a straight adaptec card then refer to adaptec for driver support as I found only one reference to the error you are getting online but it is in german..
