Installation of SCO Openserver 5 in ML 150 G3

Hello,
I m facing problem when I m going to SCO OPENSERVER 5.0.7 in ML150G3.Its hangs when selecting the correct media type.Is there any solution or this hardware is supported for SCO Openserver 5.Any buddy helps me.
