Installation of Windows 2000 on ML 350 G5 with E200 RAID 5

I am trying to install windows 2000 on ML350G5 with E200i 128 MB BBWC i am not able to install windows 2000 i am facing with Driver problem.even though i downloaded the drivers form sites it is showing file error i stuck up with this point can anybody help how to proceed?
