INSTALLATION PARAMETERS

I have a VS with a EISA scsi disk controller and array controller. Can anyone tell me what parameters to use when booting from a floppy disk to install Slackware?

As an example,

ramdisk smart2=?????? sym53=???????

Parameters are eisa=0x3000 where 3 is the EISA slot number.
