Installation Windows Server Eval 2019 Eng in Proliant DL385 GEN10 Plus V2
Performing the Installation Windows Server Eval 2019 Eng in Proliant DL385 GEN10 Plus V2 via Intelligent Provisioning, I received the following message, after loading of files, : “Windows cannot find the Microsoft Sofware Licence Terms. Make sure the installation sources are valid and restart the installation”.
I tried with a different USB and the result was the same. The ISO image is downloaded from the Microsoft website and on a GEN 9 server it worked without any problems.
I have to say that the first thing I did was configure a RAID 5 from IP and then launch the installation.
I tried to launch the installation directly from the USB, pressing F11 and it did fine. The OS recognized the disk, I was able to create the partition for the OS and it installed successfully.
But when launching the SPP from Windows, taking inventory and checking for updates, the following message appeared
TPM has been detected on your system. If you run SPP you may have problems if you don't have a password repository, or similar. I couldn't take a photo or screenshot of the message, sorry
After several attempts and copying the content of the SPP to the desktop and trying from there, the result was the same. And I decided to install the drivers I needed manually from Windows Device Manager.
So what is the error? Do I have to update IP before I do anything , or SPP? The raid must be created by the IP when the OS is being deployed?
Next week I have to install another server like this one and I would like to know if I should install a new IP version first, pass SPP first, or the order of the steps to follow. It also seems that the IP interface changes a bit compared to the previous ones. On the other hand, is the license error message normal? The same ISO in a GEN9 I install it the first time from the IP. Thank you very much for the help and I wish you a happy weekend

Re: Installation Windows Server Eval 2019 Eng in Proliant DL385 GEN10 Plus V2
Hello,
Please review section "Configuring the hardware and installing an OS with Intelligent Provisioning" of the Intelligent Provisioning 3.70 User Guide for HPE ProLiant Gen10, ProLiant Gen10 Plus Servers, and HPE Synergy for steps to install the operating system.
If this is not resolving the issue, then you may need to contact HPE Support for more assistance.
Regards,
